TradePanel CONSUMES OutcomeSelector — it does not construct the YES/NO action pair internally. It shows the user's balance in a given currency, a Buy/Sell mode default, and a Market/Limit order type toggle, and can be disabled as a whole (e.g. while a market is closed). MUST NOT include Top Holders, Merge/Split, Chart, Market info, or OrderBook — those are sibling surfaces, not part of this panel.
